Job Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Pay:$14.88 - $16.54/hour (dependent on qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement curriculum in accordance with guidelines and training.
- Work with families to identify and set goals, monitoring progress and following up on referrals throughout the program.
- Complete minimum monthly contact via home visits and phone contacts in accordance with program options.
- Document child/family recruitment efforts.
- Participate in all required meetings and trainings.
- Adhere to all CNCAP-related policies and procedures.
- Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license is also necessary.
- 1-3 years of experience working with children and families is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and computer skills are required.
- Time-management and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
- The ability to work effectively with others is also necessary.
