As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team at our Memphis, TN headquarters. Position Overview : The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing the company’s accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, supporting financial reporting, and optimizing internal controls. The role will also support the finance department in strategic initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and driving process improvements to streamline financial operations across the company. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and long-term financial planning.
• Coordinate and complete the year-end audit and prepare necessary documentation for external auditors.
• Manage and reconcile store-related accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness across multiple locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings, including reviewing financial transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed account schedules and financial reports for management review.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations and purchasing, to optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed and provide support to the finance team.
