Licensed Master
Social Worker Qualifications : License and current registration in New York State as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Central New York Psychiatric Center, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides culturally competent and evidence-based treatment and support services in a recovery-oriented environment to individual with mental illness.
Duties include :
- Providing crisis intervention, service linkages, and discharge planning
- Developing treatment plans with individuals and treatment team; monitoring and evaluating progress; and modifying treatment plans as needed
- Determining discharge needs and appropriate community resources
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with community providers to ensure continuity of care
