Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team as a member of our multidisciplinary treatment team. The successful candidate will have experience working with adults and adolescents in a clinical setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostic, cognitive, and violence/suicide risk assessments; provide individual and group therapy sessions; develop and implement positive behavior support and treatment plans; participate in research projects and training activities; and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Requirements
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting; licensure to practice in the state of New York; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams; and strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with experience conducting diagnostic, cognitive, and violence/suicide risk assessments.
