Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) |

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with one hour lunch |
Reports to: Director of Special Education |
Purpose |
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) works directly with staff, students, and parents to develop, implement, and monitor effective, research-based behavior strategies, techniques, and interventions. The BCBA provides evaluations, modeling, and training to staff and parents with regards to behavior support. The BCBA will evaluate students’ strengths and weaknesses, collect data, and conduct parent and staff interviews. The BCBA follows all federal, state, and district due process policies and procedures while supporting school administrators and special educators in compliant practices. |
