What are the responsibilities and job description for the Government Affairs Intern position at Central Ohio Transit Authority?
SALARY: $17.50 - $20.00
LOCATION: 33 N. High St. Columbus, OH 43215
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Input stakeholder information into Salesforce;
- Provide administrative support to the COTA Advisory Panel, institute systems for appointment term tracking, minutes, and calendaring, assist with developing agendas;
- Provide support for public engagements, including presentation and material preparation;
- Track local legislation and community events in COTA's service territory and advise on strategic engagement.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Required enrollment at John Glenn College of Public Affairs college in a Bachelor's or Master's level program.
