We have a Front Desk Coordinator position unlike anything you have seen before. This role is a vital part of our business and success. If you can handle the fast pace of a front desk role, we encourage you to apply.

This position's number one priority is answering an extremely high volume of phone calls and scheduling appointments for our customers. Other duties include basic clerical and administrative tasks to support the team as assigned. This individual provides excellent customer service to our clients; produces quality, accurate work while maintaining efficiency and follows the standards of practice set in place

Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Line Phone System- Answers a high volume of phone calls and distributes to correct team members, checks voicemail, returns calls, in a fast-paced environment.

2. Excellent Customer Service- treat each call with the highest standard of service, giving each customer attention to their specific needs.

3. Schedule customers for service/repair or installation using Salesforce, Smartsheet, and MS Outlook.

4. Communication- Clear and effective communication with fellow employees, management, customers, and vendors.

5. Reliable and have a good attendance record

6. Strong skillset of organization and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Multi-line phones: 2 years (Required)
  • Excellent Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
  • Dispatching/Scheduling: 2 years (Required)
  • Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Smartsheet: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Resource Scheduling Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Redmond, OR 97756 (Required)
