What are the responsibilities and job description for the Live-In Property Manager (Tionesta, PA) position at Central Outreach Wellness Center Llc?
Description: In this role, the employee will manage the property inside and outside as well as some
additional duties outlined below. Employee must live on site.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Light landscaping with included riding mower.
- Maintain onsite recreational vehicles.
- Snow plow, shovel, and salt property, drive-way and walk-ways.
- Clean and maintain areas inside the property, sweeping, dusting, take out the trash.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately ie., leaks, broken fixtures, faulty lighting etc.
- Supervise any vendors/contractors onsite.
- Grocery shop for property owner (When onsite)
- Laundry for property owner (When onsite)
- Any additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Must have child clearances
- Strong communication and people skills
- Must live onsite.
- Must have experience with property maintenance and required tools.
- Must have basic building maintenance skills.
