Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our team as a diesel technology educator at the Central PA Institute of Science and Technology. As a heavy equipment repair instructor, you will be responsible for teaching in our secondary and post-secondary programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel technology and three years of work experience with heavy equipment and commercial vehicle repair. Prior instructional experience is also desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Teach diesel technology courses to students
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet industry standards
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to students
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Three years of work experience with heavy equipment and commercial vehicle repair
