Position Function:
The Product Management Analyst is responsible for supporting Product Managers in all matters pertaining to the end-to-end process for the following products/services/channels: retail deposits, debit cards, and online/mobile banking. Activities include, but will not be limited to, data retrieval, data analysis, market assessments, business case writing, implementation of various initiatives, project management, and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and presentations.

Primary Accountabilities:
Assist Product Managers in data retrieval and reporting
Communicate and gather data on a timely basis in order to meet Product Management reporting deadlines
Develop and build data queries from applicable data sources, such as the, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Touche (MCIF), Encore Reporting
Maintain and produce various Product Management monthly reports such as but not limited to portfolio balances, new production, promotion results, budgeting, and the like in a meaningful and informative format on a timely basis
Provide insight and recommendations in order to improve data collecting and reporting responsibilities
Follow up on others feedback to increase the usefulness of reports
Prepare presentations for Product Management in a clear and professional format
Product
Provide recommendations on potential new target markets, existing product enhancements or simplification and other product feasibilities.
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support various product efforts. Shows proficiency in creating financial analyses.
Assist Product Managers with product reporting, product compliance and vendor management activities
Prepare applicable Product Management presentations in a clear and professional format
Project Management
Help manage the implementation of product changes, pricing changes and promotions which include but are not limited to branch memos, procedure development, meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
Work closely with project development teams, task forces and vendors for the bank’s products and services
Pricing
Analyze market segments and existing product portfolios
Conduct “what if” analyses to determine feasibility and impact of pricing decisions
Recommend changes to Product Managers
Promotion
Provide support to Product Managers for product promotions
Work with Marketing and Compliance areas of the Bank on promotion initiatives as directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
H.S. Diploma required
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Accounting (BSBA), or related field preferred
Experience:
3 years of Product Management, Finance, Accounting, Project Management or equivalent experience (A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field may substitute for 2 years of required work experience)
Entry Level Project Management & Financial Analysis Experience
Functional Skills
Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office applications
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Able to work flexible hours to include before/after normal business hours; weekends and holidays.
Must be able to perform light physical work and to move or lift items including but not limited to boxes, files and papers up to 20 pounds unless otherwise as indicated.
Must be able to operate and proficiently use standard office equipment, including phone, copier, personal computer and/or other work related mechanical or electronic devices and applications.
Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers. Must also be able to hear sufficiently to engage in daily discussions and interactions.
Must be able to read and understand bank-related documents.
Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods of time. Must also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed to perform the job.
