Childcare Ministry Director
Central Park Baptist Church of Decatur, AL is seeking a full-time Childcare Ministry Director. A minimum of two years of childcare experience is required. Prior management experience in managing a childcare center is preferred. A college degree is preferred but not required. Starting pay will be negotiated based on prior job experience and leadership skills. All applicants must be a born-again Christian, an active member in good standing of a local church and demonstrate a Christ-like love for people. Applicants should also be outgoing, organized, a decisive decision-maker, team-oriented and dependable. The Director will work in cooperation with the CPBC’s Kids Minister to serve and minister to all families of the childcare center. Previous experience in the use of Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and Brightwheel software is beneficial. Applicant will oversee scheduling and work of approximately twenty employees to ensure the highest quality and standards of a Christian childcare.
