Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support staff providing in-home residential services to individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
- Train staff, individuals receiving services, and their family members to enhance quality of care and promote independence.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with case managers, doctors, pharmacists, and other community partners.
- Conduct regular visits to client homes to ensure services meet established standards and support individual needs.
- Document and communicate progress, concerns, and updates in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
- 2–3 years of professional experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes within the service area.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
