We’re looking for a Marketing Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team and help ensure that our partner marketing practices meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role is key to safeguarding our brand and our partners while supporting the rapid growth of our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Review and approve program collateral, including marketing materials and disclosures, for compliance with network and regulatory requirements
- Assist in developing clear submission guidelines for partners
- Build strong relationships with partners and internal teams by offering guidance on compliant marketing practices
- Collaborate with the Partner Success team to ensure adherence to internal Marketing Policies
- Track and manage submissions to ensure timely review and approval in line with SLAs
- Conduct monitoring and testing to ensure ongoing compliance of partner marketing efforts
- Produce structured and ad hoc reports to improve oversight and highlight trends
- Support development and maintenance of marketing compliance policies and procedures
- Participate in partner audits, document findings, and communicate results to stakeholders
- Stay informed on regulatory changes that impact marketing and update protocols as needed
- Contribute to other compliance projects or assignments as directed

What You Bring
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving BaaS/fintech environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and policy writing
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and their marketing implications
- Working knowledge of federal and state consumer protection laws including UDAAP, Reg E, Reg DD, Reg P, TCPA, CARD Act, and others
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, financial services, and payments industry practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Smartsheet
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all work
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of compliance experience, preferably within banking or payments, with exposure to association or regulatory rules
