POSITION SUMMARY: The Physician Services Clinic Manager provides direct oversight in all aspects of clinic operations for assigned areas and participates in providing clinic coverage as needed. This position is responsible for organizing and planning activities of the clinic, supporting excellence in clinical practice, and fostering exceptional patient care through the planning and implementation of programs that support positive patient outcomes in a safe and caring environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 years of medical office experience or 6 years of experience in a progressively responsible role in a healthcare setting
- BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association
PREFERRED:
- Associate's Degree in Business
- 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- 1 year of EPIC Electronic Health Record experience
