What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Monitor/Cook position at Central Peninsula General Hospital?
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervision of overnight activities at our behavior health facilities. Primary duties include meal preparation and menu planning. This position prepares all meals served at Serenity house and is responsible for knowing all relevant food safety codes. The Cook/Night Monitor supervises clients during the overnight hours and may be required to transport clients to program activities. This position also oversees the overall cleanliness and safety of the treatment center.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Food Handlers Card required within 30 days of hire
- AK Driver's License
- 6 months of experience cooking for large groups (10 ) preferred
