What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Specialist/Scheduler position at Central Peninsula General Hospital?
POSITION SUMMARY: Schedules all patient appointments, sleep studies, hospital procedures and meetings for physicians and the Clinic Manager. Gathers pertinent information to register patients, verifies existing demographic information, completes incoming and outgoing faxes, answers incoming phone calls; documents patient phone calls as needed, and checks patients in/out as needed. Provides excellent customer service by ensuring patients requests are addressed and assists in all other areas of the clinic as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
