POSITION SUMMARY:

Applies review criteria to determine medical necessity for admission and continued stay; provides clinically based case management, discharge planning, and care coordination to facilitate the delivery of cost-effective quality healthcare.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates in Nursing
  • Alaska RN Licensure 
  • BLSP

PREFERRED:

  • Certification in Utilization Review or Case Management
  • 3 years Acute Care experience
  • 2 years nursing -Care Coordinator
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Employment Type: Part Time Shift: Day Hours: Must follow CBA requirements
