Cover Letter
General Function
Gathers, tracks and analyzes data from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity. Produces reports on collected data from Advansys, Colleague, for faculty, staff and administration to access for decision-making purposes to meet CCR performance measures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clearly conveys interpretation of data by developing and / or designing spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, or other reporting / presentation tools.
- Designs and implements training materials for specialized reports and SharePoint sites.
- Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations summarizing research data, findings and recommendations.
- Assists the director in regard to work assignments by tracking and monitoring data projects and reporting to the director on behalf of the department staff.
- Participates in the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of department databases
- Evaluates new / revised system processes once implemented and generates reports for planning purposes.
- Maintains data security and the proper storage and disposal of student records
- Enforces College and Career Readiness data collection and compliance polices
- Analyzes and processes Literacy Education Information System forms
- Develops, generates, evaluates weekly, monthly, semester, and annual data reports for CCR program to ensure compliance.
- Assist in monitoring attendance and post-testing records to communicate with director and coordinators.
- Works with Testing Services and Advising are to identify and resolve errors with placement and post-test scores entered in Colleague
- Assists in tracking CCR department's compliance with WIOA, National Reporting System, and NCCCS policies and inform staff and management of related progress and concerns
- Updates CCR graduate file, maintains communication with appropriate staff to ensure accurate reporting
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of experience in a higher education administration and / or nonprofit.
