General Function
Plans, administers, and monitors a wide variety of exams to support Central Piedmont Community College students, faculty, staff and Charlotte-Mecklenburg community and surrounding areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitors testing activities; enforces rules and regulations and ensures safe environment.
- Prepares facility for testing and ensures that work areas are clean and neat; ensures that appropriate equipment, materials, and handouts are laid out for testing sessions.
- Assists in maintaining testing equipment; performs simple maintenance, cleans and stores equipment when not in use, monitors condition, and notifies supervisor of any needed repairs.
- Monitors inventory of materials and supplies.
- Researches and evaluates new equipment and makes recommendations regarding purchase decisions.
- Monitors activities of part-time staff.
- Maintains records of testing activities and attendance
- Retrieve and records test scores in various databases
- Produces weekly testing report for supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree and two years of related work experience
