Central is growing and looking for an eager individual to join our team who has a desire to advance in the sheet metal trade.
This entry-level position is a steppingstone for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn the skills needed to transition into our sheet metal apprenticeship program. Daily tasks include hauling materials and tools/equipment, cleaning up the job site and assisting the crew as needed.
As a Sheet Metal Laborer, you will learn the foundational elements of:
- Planning the layout of, repairing, and installation of sheet metal products and parts.
- Putting your technical and mathematical skills to use operating tools and machines and taking measurements according to blueprints.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Understands the value of safety
- Compliance with Central's drug free work-place policy
- Ability to lift heavy materials and tools
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
- Math skills are a must
