Job Title: Premium Audit Assistant
Company is seeking 2 contingent workers to join our Premium Audit team. These roles will focus on creating policy updates to reflect current term exposures based on audit results. The projected end date is March 31, 2025, though this may change as we approach that time.
Job Details
Start Date: As soon as a qualified candidate is identified and onboarded.
Training Location: Training can be conducted at our Columbus, Ohio office or remotely.
Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
Work Location: After initial training, candidates may work from home or choose a hybrid arrangement at our Columbus, OH office.
Hybrid: In Columbus office.
Interview Process: Typically one interview, conducted via Teams.
Background and Drug Screening: Required and must be successfully completed before onboarding.
Essential Functions
Education: High school diploma required. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred and may substitute for experience.
Experience: Two years in a professional business or insurance environment preferred.

- Review lists of recently completed audits.
- Evaluate recent policy endorsements in the system to determine if updates are needed for the current term.
- Process necessary endorsements in the system and quote updates if required.
- For updates over a certain threshold, alert the assigned underwriter and place the change on hold.
- Ensure accurate and timely servicing of accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal systems and relevant rating programs.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
