What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Representative - Rochester/Finger Lakes position at Central Processors New York?
We are a large cannabis processor in central New York, proud to be part of the growing cannabis industry, and we’re committed to supporting our customers. To do so, we are looking for a territory sales lead to run the Rochester region and close deals with customers and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Work with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to our head of sales
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or business development - 2 years
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM software etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Need to have basic cannabis knowledge, industry experience is not required or needed
- Be able to travel throughout the state of New York, focused primary in the Rochester region
- Tenacious personality is a must - we are looking for those who love the close of a deal and are hungry!
