Duties

- Manage the leasing process from application to contract signing, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi for data entry and record-keeping.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns, employing conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while maintaining company policies and standards.
- Assist in the marketing of available properties through various channels to attract potential renters.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent conflict management skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for property tours.
