Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our Central Region Cooperative team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our chemical and seed warehouses, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
• Process and verify delivery and invoice information.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards or incidents to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipments, and customer interactions.
• Work closely with the agronomy department to ensure seamless logistics and transfer processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class D driver's license with good driving record.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
