Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Must be able to travel, work irregular hours and weekends as needed
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Must have a good attitude and show up for work on time
- Must have good communication skills work ethics
Preferred Qualifications/ Education:
- High School or equivalent
- Have a valid Class A or B CDL
- Have previous experience operating construction equipment
- Considerable knowledge of heavy equipment operating principals
- Ability to drive and operate commercial trucks
Experience:
While previous experience working in the construction field is preferred, it is not required. We will train employees without any experience who demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and work well in a team environment.
