SUMMARY
Performs customer service functions by initiating and responding to telephone calls, email, fax, and other requests to/from franchised and non-franchised distributors by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, fax, and mail
- Respond to distributor inquiries with pricing, availability, and product information using our AS/400 system
- Promote new products and generate sales from existing and potential distributors
- Support new distributor onboarding through sales leads and follow-up communication
- Track and enter distributor data, sample orders, and point-of-sale info into the system
- Coordinate literature requests and distribute marketing materials
- Attend trade shows, including booth setup and on-site support
- Maintain organized records and correspondence
- Assist in training distributors on product knowledge and company programs
- Collaborate with the Distribution Manager on strategy, quoting, and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 30 minimum college credits (approximately one year); and two years minimum of related customer service/sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred
Associates Degree; three to five years of related customer service/sales experience; knowledge of the distribution sales channel in the semiconductor industry, and experience with ISO9001:2000 are all preferred.
TRAVEL
Position may require minimal travel (<2%).
