Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
- Take food and drink orders and serve to customers.
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails per standard drink recipes (batch cocktails, syrups, etc.)
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.
- Maintain a clean working area, and wash glassware and utensils.
- Process payments for customers.
- Build a rapport with customers to create a positive atmosphere.
- Able to create an elevated experience with craft bartending.
- Punctuality and scheduling dependability.
- Event bartending will also be needed (weddings, corporate functions, etc)
Compensation:
Hourly (based on experience) plus tips. We believe in providing a path to success for everyone on the Central Standard team. It is our goal to hire, train, grow, and provide further opportunities.
