What you bring to SBHG:
- Master’s degree in a Mental Health Field, required.
- Two years experience with County mental health, child welfare, and/or juvenile probation systems and services.
- Experience in behavioral health management preferred.
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Licensed as an LMFT, LCSW required
How you will make a difference:
- Provides training and supervision on wraparound and mental health techniques and procedures.
- Supervises teams of Wraparound Facilitators, Parent Partners, and Child and Family Specialists delivering engagement, assessment, case management, and other services. Provides appropriate supervision for staff.
- Reviews performance of staff through individual supervision, team supervision, and review of documentation, outcomes, and quality assurance reporting.
- Provides clinical supervision for staff, including support and mental health services as needed and outlined in the Service Plan and Plan of Care
- Coordinates teams working with referred children, their families, representatives of referring agencies, and other relevant parties (in-house and external) to promote rehabilitation and amelioration of problems which interfere with productive social and emotional daily living and permanency placement.
- Acts as liaison with various external agencies (such as Department of Family and Children Services, Department of Mental Health, Probation Department, Dependency Court, and police) to facilitate youth adjustment in daily living routines.
- Works with referred children and adolescents, their families, representatives of referring agencies, and other relevant parties (in-house and external) to promote rehabilitation and amelioration of problems which interfere with productive social and emotional daily living.
