A Portfolio Manager is a risk management professional focused on balancing risk identification and mitigation with the Bank’s sales and profitability goals. Portfolio Managers are focused on accurate and timely underwriting of credit assigned to them by the Credit Officer. We ask our Portfolio Managers to underwrite in a way that is consistent with our loan policy and procedures and to think globally about the risk posed by each credit to the Bank and how that risk can be mitigated through proper loan structuring.

What You’ll be Doing
- Thoroughly reviewing loan files for credits assigned to you.
- Reviewing approved pricing and structure to identify areas where additional questions or information may arise.
- Identify all information needs and responding to customer requests.
- Completing underwriting accurately and timely.
- Adhering to deadlines set forth by Credit Officer.
- Conducting appraisal reviews.
Requirements
- Attention to detail with highly detailed processes and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills required for internal communications.
- Adherence to the Bank’s confidentiality and information security policies.
- Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to multi-task.
What You’ve Done
- 2-3 years of previous Portfolio Manager and underwriting experience preferred.
- High School diploma required.
- College classes and/or degree provides more opportunity for advancement.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
