The Assistant Home Supervisor answers directly to the Home Supervisor. The Assistant Home Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Home Supervisor to assure that all aspects of consumer care, staff supervision and home operations are in compliance.
General Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision of staff.
- Assist the Home Supervisor to provide on call availability to staff.
- Complete data collection and review daily.
- Provide personal care services and assistance to consumers.
- Assure appropriate medication distribution.
- Conduct and participate in trainings PRN.
- Complete weekly/monthly managerial reports.
- Minimum 1 year experience or relevant education.
Experience:
- Group Home: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- State of Michigan Driver's License (Required)
