The preferred candidate will have experience in mouse surgical assistance, tissue culture techniques, PCR, ChIP, immunoblot, FACs analysis, and ELISA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Under the general supervision of the project director, the research technician will conduct duties to include but are not limited to the following : blood and tissue collection from rodents, tissue culture techniques, qPCR, ChIP, immunoblot, FACs analysis, and ELISA. The ideal candidate should have basic molecular biological experience and experience working with rodents. The candidate must successfully work with the project director, staff, and undergraduate students to conduct research projects.
