What are the responsibilities and job description for the Draft Technician position at Central States Beverage Company?
Draft Technicians service all draft accounts and perform scheduled maintenance to include cleaning of beer lines, inspection and cleaning of draft equipment.
Draft Technicians develop relationships with their retail customers and assist them with their draft beer needs. This position also assists our company in the execution of festivals and special events.

Position Overview
This is a fast-paced and innovative entry-level role into the beverage wholesale industry. It is engineered to provide valuable experience and knowledge on multiple levels of our company, the area we serve and the careers it cultivates. Draft Technicians are assigned specific territories of our distribution footprint and are responsible for servicing the accounts in your designated territory.
Reports directly to the Draft Manager or Assistant Manager no later than 7:30 AM each business day
Technician will have an assigned territory, he or she will be responsible for and they will clean the draft lines in accordance with our distributor agreements and standards.
Assist additional departments as needed
Must be at least 21 years of age
High School diploma or GED required.
Flexibility on hours with a focus on early mornings, weekends and occasional holidays
Ability to lift at least 50lbs. consistently
