About Us:Central States Health & Welfare and Pension Funds are two of the largest, multibillion dollar non-profit trust funds in the country. The Funds administer health and pension benefits to nearly one million Teamster members and participants with over 1,000 contributing employers to the Funds. Responsibilities
- Review and approve vendor invoices and employee business reimbursements, ensuring they adhere to fund policies
- Month-end reconciliation of AP activity
- Monitoring the prepaid vendor payments
- Use Tax reporting
- Other projects/analysis as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and show respect for confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to learn other software applications
- Adaptable, motivated, and ability to deliver quality work even under tight timelines
- Bachelor’s degree or related AP experience.
