Provides “Right. On Time. Every Time.” products and customer service, both to external and internal customers, within company standards.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our team as Production Technicians. In this role, you’ll operate equipment, assemble parts, and help keep production running smoothly—all while learning valuable skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on the production line and/or workstations to support smooth, efficient workflow.
- Assemble and fabricate parts using hand and power tools, following detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect machines and workstations regularly and report any issues to the maintenance and management team promptly to prevent downtime.
- Complete basic preventive maintenance tasks to help keep equipment in working order.
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet all required specifications—make adjustments or rework as needed and authorized.
- Maintain accurate production records, including counts, checklists, or digital entries.
- Follow all safety procedures, wear the proper PPE, and impart a safety-first mindset among your peers.
- Keep your work area clean and organized, using 5S and lean practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Assist with material handling, including operating forklifts or pallet jacks (training can be provided).
- Participate in monthly inventory counts, helping track materials and supplies accurately.
- Support your team by being flexible, cross-training in other areas, and stepping in where needed.
- End your shift strong by cleaning up, restocking supplies, and setting up for the next team.
- Work together with teammates and supervisors to solve problems, improve processes, and drive results.

Education & Experience:
Preferred:
High School diploma or equivalent
Current Certification on Crane and Forklift
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud and in a non-temperature controlled environment and exposure to outside weather conditions. While performing the core function of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, walk, hear, stand for long periods of time, and required to lift to 55 lbs.
This position is primarily working around machinery with moving parts, working around moving objects or vehicles. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach/pull/push/grab with hands and arms, kneel, and crouch, twist, and bend. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or crawl.
