We are currently seeking candidates for a Loader & Scale Operator position at CS07, located in Curryville, MO. This position will often work alone, so the applicant must be comfortable with that concept and be resourceful, a problem solver, and a self starter. Loader & Scale Operator Candidate Requirements:
- Safety-Focused
- Driven to provide excellent customer service
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Computer skills to run scale
- 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to perform duties in all weather conditions
- Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
Our ideal candidate would be experienced in maintaining and operating rubber tire loaders and familiar with computers.
Major Loader & Scale Operator Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHA
- Operate and monitor all heavy equipment and production area safely and efficiently
- Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed
- Communicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needs
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
