Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 based on experience and education
The Early Head Start Child Development and Instructional Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the disabilities, education, mental health, and nutrition components of our program. This individual will work closely with staff members, children, and their families to ensure the highest quality services are provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in early childhood, special education, or a related field
- Minimum five years' work experience directly related to providing programming to children
- Prior supervisory experience or equivalent experience supervising students, classroom volunteers, or parent volunteers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
