At Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit, we are seeking an experienced Development Team Lead to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of development programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a minimum of five years' experience in development leadership. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in early childhood, special education or a related field

- Prior supervisory experience or equivalent experience supervising students, classroom volunteers or parent volunteers required
