Responsibilities:
Finishing Crew: Apply various finishes (thin brick, aggregate, stucco) to James Hardie backer boards, using various application methods.
Cast Department: Assist with mold preparation for cement mixes and panel breakout.
Shipping Department: Loading and packaging panels into skids, and building skids for crating panels.
Requirements:
Flexibility to work in various roles as needed around the shop.
Ability to adapt to different tasks and departments.
Read a tape measure to the 1/16″.
