Hours : Part-time, 10 hours per week
Summary of Position
To attend events at local high schools and assist in conducting campus tours and other local events designed to recruit students. Speaking to small and large crowds as required.
Minimum Required Education
High School diploma or GED required. 12 semester hours completed with a 2.5 GPA. Concurrent undergraduate enrollment at CTC or Texas A&M Central Texas while employed at CTC. The ambassador must be enrolled in at least 6 credits with CTC / TAMCT during the long semesters (Fall and Spring). In addition, ambassadors will not be able to work while not enrolled during the fall and spring semester.
Minimum Required Experience
No experience necessary, training will be provided.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to communicate with written and oral expertise in the English language.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Must articulate.
- Must be able to write and generate reports.
