This is a highly visible position.Minimum Required EducationAssociate’s degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education required in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related field is required.Bachelor’s degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education required in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related field is preferred.Minimum Required ExperienceAssociate’s Degree and six years’ experience in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or Marketing required or Bachelor’s degree and four years experience in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or Marketing required.One year supervisor preferred.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Word and working knowledge of desktop publishing / graphic design software.Knowledge of marketing, advertising and public relations principles, TV / radio production.
