Summary of Position
This job assists in coordinating all graduation processes world-wide to include CTC and the CTC OHS programs. It completes official evaluations for CTC students, diploma plans for high school students, and provides academic advising.
Minimum Required Education
Associate degree with four years’ primary work experience in student services related programs such as admissions, registration, academic advising, financial aid/VA educational benefits, evaluations, graduation, transcripts, incoming/outgoing transcripts or student accounts OR Bachelor’s degree with two years’ primary work experience in student services related programs such as admissions, registration, academic advising, financial aid/VA educational benefits, evaluations, graduation, incoming/outgoing transcripts or student accounts.
Minimum Required Experience
Refer to experience required based on education level. Prefer experience working in a multi-campus community college environment with traditional and nontraditional students to include distance learners, veterans, and servicemembers.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Access;
- Able to use student information systems such as Ellucian Colleague;
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to articulate transfer credits, institutional and ACE guide recommendations for evaluation of military credit and experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to interact effectively with the public and with all levels of employees;
- Ability to communicate effectively with students at a distance, using various Internet communication capabilities;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information;
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work outside normal working hours when workload demands.

This position may required evenings and other nonstandard working hours
