Summary of Position
Trains and leads Mail-room team; serves as primary point of contact for Mail-room; maintains and reconciles postage, postal permits, and acts as system admin for Postal and FedEx accounts; primary key control for mail boxes; covers mail routes when necessary.
Minimum Required Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Required Experience
- Two years wage earning experience in Mail-room or Post Office setting to include use of various postal equipment, mail distribution, and record maintenance and shipping software required.
- One year of supervising experience required, two years preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must have valid drivers license and be able to qualify for coverage under CTC's commercial auto policy.
Must be capable of lifting items weighing 70 pounds. Must be physically capable of walking and driving mail route daily in all types of weather.
