This role involves assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation, as well as maintaining records for workforce programs, dual-credit, and personal enrichment courses. They collaborate closely with the Dean to support program oversight, grant administration, and public relations efforts, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with institutional priorities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders are crucial in this role.Minimum Required EducationHigh School diploma or GED required.Minimum Required ExperienceFour years wage earning clerical experience, OR certification / successful completion of relevant trade school OR (30 Credits) and one year wage earning clerical experience.A copy of certificates and / or college transcripts required with application for evaluation purposes.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust be proficient with Microsoft OfficeProficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling, sentence structure, and document filing.Strong data entry and word processing skills with high accuracy.Effective team collaboration and interpersonal skills.Experience handling sensitive information and financial transactions.Skilled in engaging with the public, students, faculty, and college staff professionally.Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Must have clear written and verbal communication skills.Posting Detail InformationOther Information
