Overview
We are seeking a Assistant Manager to join our team. The company is a medium size (50-75 employees) Mechanical Contractor in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management , ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Assist in the coordination and management of various projects from inception to completion.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, ProCore, and Microsoft Excel for project tracking and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to build effective project plans and timelines.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience
- Experience in project coordination or management within a construction field is required.
- 4 year Bachelors degree is required. Does not have to be Engineering or Construction Management but those degrees are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, reading blueprints, and familiarity with Commercial and Industrial Mechanical Piping Systems is preferred.
- Job will be in the Greater Austin, Texas area and candidate will office on jobsites daily.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
