Part-Time Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Manage all bookkeeping tasks related to invoices from suppliers and jobs.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Generate and maintain accurate financial reports on a weekly basis.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with financial audits as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team during biweekly meetings to discuss financial performance and reporting.
Part-Time Admin Responsibilities:
- Manage new lead intake and filter through our questionnaire process.
- Schedule appointments for the sales representative based on lead prioritization.
- Maintain organized records of leads and client interactions using Gorilla Desk.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
- Participate in biweekly meetings with management to discuss lead management and administrative processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or financial management, preferably in a service industry, Landscaping, Lawn Care Industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Sheets is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
