Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great with people? Central Texas Lawn Leveling is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Office Admin / Manager to join our team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a top-notch customer experience from the first phone call through to post-service follow-up. You’ll work closely with the owner and our field supervisor, handling everything from scheduling to inventory tracking to coordinating with our bookkeeping team. If you love working in a fast-paced environment and want to grow with a local business, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and follow a call script to qualify leads and book appointments
- Manage the owner’s calendar and assist with other office duties
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our software, GorillaDesk (training provided)
- Work with our 3rd-party bookkeeping group to ensure invoices are syncing properly from GorillaDesk to QuickBooks
- Order and track inventory of products and supplies
- Coordinate with our Field Supervisor to keep clients informed about job timing and updates
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction, provide rebate info, and aftercare instructions
- Help maintain a smooth office workflow with strong communication across our team

Pay: $19.95 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
