CTPO has helped care for Austin's youth for 35 years. With locations in Austin, Cedar Park, South Austin, Round Rock and Westlake, we are a committed team focused on the orthopedic needs of Central Texas children/youth. We love kids and do everything we can to make them feel comfortable and empowered. With that in mind, our goal is to provide exceptional pediatric orthopedic care for the children of Central Texas, allowing each child to maximize their health and quality of life.
We provide an eight-week training program that will ensure you to feel confident that you are ready for this opportunity.
Responsibilities include verifying insurance, completing medical records requests, scheduling appointments, and check-in/out.
The ideal team member will be an effective communicator, good listener, and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer service experience and or fluent in Spanish is a plus.
