What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with clients to provide quotes, renewals, and sales support
- Help prepare for client meetings and quarterly Technology Business Reviews
- Follow up on all sales leads and opportunities—phone, email, and CRM tasks
- Order hardware, software, and services from vendors
- Accurately track sales data and maintain CRM records
- Help coordinate CTTS marketing and client events
- Support the Sales Team by learning our services and offerings inside and out
- Keep up with commission tracking and reports
- Jump in where needed—this is a team effort!
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in inside sales (B2B preferred)
- A proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Confidence in quoting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Strong attention to detail and a system-driven approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A love for helping business owners solve problems
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and live in Central Texas
