The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, or is willing to learn:
- Detail oriented/accuracy focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math/calculation skills
- Thorough understanding of freight bills
- Ability to interpret customer’s contract
Desire to learn and contribute to the team
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing Invoice Correction Requests (ICRs)
- Communicating with sales and internal departments regarding voids & corrections
- Processing of Reconsignments & Will Calls
- Processing of Overcharge Claims
- Review of Cash Deductions
- Maintaining accurate/detailed records as necessary
