Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Dock Worker to join our team at our distribution center in Portland, OR. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and movement of materials within our warehouse facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Performing materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading freight from trailers
- Utilizing warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments accurately
- Adhering to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
